2. Are the illustrations based on photos or sketches?

We create hand-painted designs based on the photos provided by our customers. Every piece is handcrafted in our studio and is not AI-generated or printed.

3. How long does it take to make?

The production and hand-painting process for custom ceramics typically takes 7–14 business days (excluding holidays). Orders are made in the sequence they are received. If there are special circumstances, please contact our customer service.

4. Can I add my pet’s name, date, or special text?

Yes! You can submit your pet’s name, birthday, or memorial text when placing your order. We will integrate it into the hand-painted design.

5. Which pets are supported?

We support cats, dogs, rabbits, and other common pets. Other small animals can also be custom-painted based on your request.

6. What painting styles are available?

Common styles include:

12. How do I submit my pet photo after placing an order?

After placing your order, please send your pet photo and any special requests via WhatsApp or our customer service. High-resolution, front-facing photos are recommended for the best result.

13. Can I see the artwork before it’s finished?

We post completed pieces on our social media accounts. You can follow us to see them. If you want a video of the production process, please contact us. Otherwise, we randomly record some pieces when time permits for social media.

14. Is the product safe to ship?

All ceramic products are carefully packaged with shockproof materials to ensure safe shipping. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

15. Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, we support bulk orders. Please contact our customer service with the quantity and specific requirements, and we will provide a quote and production timeline.
