Shipping Policy

Custom Production Time
Starpeto products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–8 weeks, depending on the product, size, complexity, and current order volume. Detailed wool-felt replicas typically require 4–8 weeks. We provide progress updates and request your approval before shipping.

Order Processing
After the custom piece is approved and ready, allow 1–3 business days for final inspection, packing, and dispatch. Production time is separate from shipping time.

United States Shipping
• Standard shipping: 7–12 business days
• Expedited shipping, when available: 5–8 business days
• Standard shipping is free to the contiguous United States.

International Shipping
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information can take 1–3 days to update after dispatch.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact starpeto@starpeto.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos or video when applicable. We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has shipped.
